I have a totaled car without a title. It is an 08 scion TC. I have the bill of sale, and insurance documents proving ownership, but the previous owner has failed to provide me with a title. Would this be something you can work around? I don't even want cash for the car, I just want the car removed. I only want to keep the brand new tires purchased before the theft and destruction of the car. Thank you!
